Cancellation / Refund / Enrollment Policy

1. Registration / Payment
The fee for the Online Course (the “Fee”) must be paid in full at the time of registration. Registration is not complete until Invention Garage has received such full payment of the Fee. You are responsible for non-payment, even if the Fee is being paid by a third party.

After successful registration, you will receive an e-mail from Invention Garage acknowledging your enrollment in the Online Course (individual courses) or Program (a group of Courses). You will be provided a user name and password for accessing a Member Portal which you may change at any time. You will also be provided access to an onboarding call if needed to enable you to efficiently navigate the Member Portal.
You will be billed in United States Dollars (USD). Accepted payment methods are PayPal, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, bank transfer or by check.

Submission of your registration, alongside full payment of the Fee constitute your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.


2.  Completion / Cancellation
You have 90 days (3-months) from the date of registration to complete the Online Course or Program. 

Pre-Sale Cancellation by you – For Online Programs that you purchased prior to availability (“pre-sale”), you have the right to cancel your Online Program purchase up to 10 days after you have been notified by email that the first Course in the Program is available.

Cancellation by you – For Online Programs that you purchased that are complete and available for viewing, you have the right to cancel your Online Course or Program with Invention Garage and obtain a refund any time within 10 calendar days of your registration date provided that you have viewed any of the courses less than 30 minutes.

If you request to cancel your registration in an Online Course or Program at any time after the 10 day period described above, you will not be entitled to a refund, except in exceptional circumstances, which will be entirely at the discretion of Invention Garage. If a refund is granted to you, an administration fee of $150 may be charged.

Cancellation by us - Invention Garage reserves the right to cancel any Online Course or Program by giving you notice in writing (including by email) at any time before the course is due to start. Invention Garage will refund all fees paid by you and if possible, will endeavour to offer an alternative, subject to payment or refund of any difference in registration price.

Invention Garage’s liability when it cancels an Online Course or Program will be limited to a refund of the Fee or any other charges paid for the cancelled Online Course.


3. Course Content
The course description is intended to indicate only the general nature of the course and does not guarantee content. Invention Garage reserves the right to amend the course and alter details at its discretion.

Invention Garage does not guarantee success as a result of this training. It is left to you to apply the principles taught in the Online Course or Program for your business.

a) All materials – including but not limited to text, photographs, video, audio, images and any other content – appearing via the Online Course or Program and/or on the Website are protected by copyrights and/or other proprietary rights belonging to Tungsten IP and/or other third parties. You agree to abide by all applicable laws regarding copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights and privacy rights in the US and any other jurisdiction from which you are accessing the Website.

b) You may not copy, reproduce, duplicate, distribute, disseminate, publish, post, display, perform, modify, create derivative works from, upload to, transmit, or in any way exploit any content from the Online Course or Program and/or on the Website. You may not sell or offer for sale any of the content, or allow third parties to access it, or use such content to construct any kind of database. You may use the content from the Online Course or Program and/or on the Website only for your use.

c) Any violation of these terms may result in your expulsion from the Online Course or Program and/or from Invention Garage without refund, and you may be subjected to fines and penalties.

d) You agree to maintain the security of any user name and password required for accessing the Online Course or Program. You will notify us promptly if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your username and/or password.
